Fair Usage Policy

1. No data caps

• Browse as much as you want.

2. Network fairness

During periods of high congestion, GIDEAX may temporarily prioritize traffic to maintain a good experience for all users.

Higher-priority examples

• •Business applications
• •Web browsing
• •Messaging
• •Voice calls

Very large downloads, torrents, or continuous multi-hour bulk transfers may receive lower priority only while the network is busy. Once congestion eases, normal performance resumes.

3. Heavy usage management

Rather than imposing a fixed monthly data limit, GIDEAX monitors sustained extreme usage. A subscriber may be temporarily managed if they continuously consume exceptionally high bandwidth for extended periods, operate servers or services that place unusual load on the shared network, or use automated downloading that affects other customers.

Any traffic management is temporary and intended only to protect overall network quality.

4. No permanent throttling

GIDEAX does not permanently reduce your speed because you reached an arbitrary data threshold. Any speed adjustments are temporary, automatic, applied only when necessary to manage congestion, and removed once network conditions improve.

5. No hidden charges

GIDEAX will never charge customers extra because they used “too much” data on an unlimited package. No surprise bills. No overage fees.

6. Acceptable use

Customers must not:

• •attempt to disrupt the network
• •distribute malware
• •conduct illegal activities
• •interfere with other users
• •bypass authentication
• •resell GIDEAX services without written authorization

7. Transparency

If network management becomes necessary, GIDEAX will explain why, answer customer questions, and continue investing in additional capacity to reduce congestion over time.
